Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom of 8×8 heatproof baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Combine chopped artichokes, Canadian bacon and garlic on bottom of baking dish. Pour cream over top of artichoke mixture. Sprinkle with gorgonzola, parmesan and sage. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve on toasted bread rounds or crackers.
