Rose Recipe Archive

Aegean Island Ham Sandwich

1/2 cup shredded or cubed Rose ham (any style)
1 Tbls olive oil
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup spinach leaves
1 tsp dried oregano
2 pita bread halves

Cut or tear ham into small bit size pieces. In a small bowl, toss together ham, olive oil, lemon juice, spinach and oregano. Divide ingredients evenly between pita halves.
